Pokot Youth Bunge County Forum has been present since 2012 - providing exceptional enrichment and leadership development opportunities to youth in the greater West Pokot area. We offer youth an opportunity to create and mold their own unique experiences through our wide range of educational and leadership activities. We see the true power that our youth hold, and we have made it our mission to transform them into natural born leaders, ready to take on the world.

Time for quality education for all children is NOW!
The Day of the African Child celebration was a success.

Elimu Yetu Coalition is implementing "Decreasing Barriers to Girls Education and Skills" project in West Pokot and 7 other counties.
PYBCF among the West Pokot Education Network joined the Coalition for a dialogue forum to discuss matters access, retention and transition at Yangat Community Development Organisation.
The Coalition aims at enhancing Community engagement in addressing Gender based barriers to education.

Pokot Youth Bunge County Forum supported a multistakeholders consultative forum with officials and representatives from various organizations and departments in West Pokot County to address the activation of the West Pokot floods contingency plan for better response and coordination.
The stakeholders include CEC PSM Martin Lotee, Chief Officer of Special Programs and Devolved Units David Chepelion, meteorologist Wilson Lonyangole, director of disaster management Moses Domongura, director for health Jacob Ruto, director for peace chepososir and representatives from the Red Cross, World Vision Kenya, UNICEF ,Pokot Youth Bunge, Peace Win Japan,TEDDO, Kenya Pastoral Community and others.
Each organization and department presented their findings and urged mutual support to expedite emergency response and provide necessary resources to assist the affected people of West Pokot County.
The meeting emphasized the importance of collective action in mitigating the impacts of the floods and supporting the affected population during this challenging time.
